Hot Parmesan Dip

3 blocks cream cheese (or neufchatel)
3 C. grated parmesan
7 Tbsp. mayo
1 onion, finely chopped

Mix together and place in oven-safe dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. (You may want to reserve some grated cheese to sprinkle on top for the last few minutes of baking.)
